PICTURE BOARDS
My photographic work is driven by the desire either to capture a moment
in terms of an event, or to attempt to convey the aesthetic of
something which is either obviously beautiful, or which might have been
overlooked, in terms of its aesthetic qualities, had I not determined
to record it. I hope my work succeeds in sharing some of these
moment with you.
The images are 3.5inches by 2.25inches (9cms x 6cms). A3 boards
have 9 images, A4 boards have 3 or 4 (dependent on whether horizontal
or vertical shots)
I experimented with the picture board idea when exhibiting some of my
Silverstone work, and had such an enthusiastic response that I’ve
decided to develop it into other areas. There are several works
